kagrra, – shizuku (1st impression)

1 – utakata

lolz, finally!!! kagrra,!!
and lolz again (^,^) they r pretty brave to put this song as the openin of the album. (note i write this review while im listenin to the album, that’s y it is called ‘1st impression’)
so anyways that song became one of my very faves by them. i hope i can hear more goodies (^.^)

2 – sayounara

haha XD already goodbye? the album has just started. wat a title.
the song itself is pretty fast. bit like the old kagrra, though far lighter than eg ‘kotodama’. not much i could compose about it

3 – kaze

yayz another slower-full-of-emotion song!! nice (^.^) nice even after the 1st 30 secs! isshi’s voice is the usual. higher than any man. and still nice. and the whole feeling. gives me the traditional-usual kagrra, style. lol listening to them i get more and more excited when can i -at last- read about the comin here. though if i remember well not in the near future… but let’s believe in the pressure of the german fangirlz. i’d really like to see them in live once.

4 – ishin

ooooh acoustic beginning (*o*)
haha after the 1st 4 songs i kinda have the feeling that im listening to a remixed ‘san’ album. i mean the songs r better but all-in-all it gives me the same feelings
what is a bit of change that imo they rely even more on isshi’s unique voice. i mean so far not much of instrument solos unlike eg the gazette or nightmare

5 – hakai

funky riffs! dynamic drums! (^_^)
oooh and a bit of bass solo followed by guitar one. lol thats my luck, just written down that they have less and there they go (._.)”
haha but the song is lovely!!!

6 – sadame no ito

somehow they wished to make monumentality like in ‘utakata’ or at least something similar. kinda weird that all the instruments playin like they r only in the background. isshi’s voice is even stronger in this song, dominates much-much more. though nao gives us the favour to play a small bass solo here as well! o(^o^)o
another thing i miss that like in the case of ‘murakumo’ isshi needed support vocals. it was fun to hear on the live dvd that nao can also sing. these pieces so far need to backvocals…

7 – sakebi

and “old” song we could hear before from the “utakata” single, they even made a pv of it. a harder, faster one and imo it has a bit disappeared in the shadow of the main song of the single but good to see there is place on the album (btw imo it is a bit short.. only estimate 40 mins? (O_O); ..well anyways they could have add more ones by puttin up their last 2 singles’ all songs so im not complaining, just i adore them pretty much and kinda hoped to recieve a longer album. still the songs i heard so far r darn good)

8 – kasunda fuyu no mukou ni…

jesus! (O_O); long title so most likely im gonna luv it
and LOL XD piano start! <3 <3 <3
already in luv! o(^o^)o next to ‘utakata’ it’s also a song u guys must check out and i do hope they will make a pv of it. or at -very- least perform it on their upcomin live dvd (not a thing announced so don’t rush to jame to check it. but they will! definitely)
aaaaaaaah! it-is-just-so-nice _<)# they want to end my fun sooo fast? bad kagrra,! <3
now let me hear. afterall the title-giver/namer of the whole album
and… slow song (^_^)v good~!
piano… good~! v(^_^)v
stronger guitar riffs. more instruments. stronger emotions! .. suppah cool! o(^o^)o
the best song to end this album and now i understand y they chose ‘utakata1 as the opening one. both pieces r full of emotions. under both songs u can think of life a/o have a good nostalgie. this album -as most of the other kagrra, releases- is pretty much relaxin and a good combo of traditional folk music and modern -light- rock. really… gotta listen it cause it is pretty good!
