About Binary Two-Step
This EP is a Cowboy Bebop inspired space chill and lofi beats one. It offers 4 new songs to boost your coffee break with approx. 9 minutes of total play time.
Production of Binary Two-Step
During the production I used two of my instruments: PO-33 KO. The Pocket Operator 33 KO is the sampler of the series that can be used to record different sounds and then sample them. An efficient pocket tool, especially when I am travelling to different places.
The other instrument is more an app, than a physical tool: Koala Sampler. Despite the price it is a very capable tool for on-the-go music producers. In many cases I travel with my phone only. I tend to copy some samples as starting point and whenever I have some time, I jam a bit.
As a result, this EP was slowly born. A special thing to add I guess that it features a cover of an older Bebop beat. Check out this remix either.
