  • [Single] Gateway Shuffle

    gateway shuffle

Third single time: Gateway Shuffle is an easy-to-listen space chill beat right from Bebop I. EP offering soothing and happy but floating vibe.

Of course, the song will be part of the EP, but this time the single is having a b-side song. Can you spot the main difference? If not, read more below (fun fact number 1).

Fun fact that this was the first song, where I started experimenting with hiss and crackling samples to make my (bit) sterile, midi and sample based music more warm and lo-fi like.

Another fun fact that this cover was taken (I mean the original photo), quite close to the place where I live. I hope you like it. It has some atmospheric vibe. Maybe a bit too menacing, but I had to match it to the other covers. It is kind of the concept. On the other hand, this song is much more happy vibe chill over menacing one. It is not even heavy to listen. Curious? Give it a spin below.

Finally, a little promotional video of the song. As it is about the future (in terms of the anime), I recorded a bit the past. The historical subway line of Budapest.

  • [Single] Ballad of Fallen Angels

    ballad of fallen angels

Second single of Bebop I. EP (coming real soon) Ballad of Fallen Angels is here. Imagine an instrumental space lofi and chill beat inspired by a retro anime. Which one? Cowboy Bebop essentially. This title respectively tributes to an episode of the series.

On the other hand the photo is an own material, I took it in Budapest, on the Buda side and used Snapseed to enhance it. I love this kind of gloomy, yet out-of-the world vibe. It actually matches the vibe of the song as well.

After all Ballad of Fallen Angels is not a happy song as the title suggest. More a bittersweet or sad one. Actually in-between. I loved working on this song, this is why I ended up choosing it as a single A song.

Hopefully, you will love the song as well. Give it a spin below. The song is essentially free to download but also available on the majority of the stream platforms. More singles will come pretty-pretty soon. Also, kindly look forward to Bebop I. A start of something new and a series of space anime inspired EPs. Though, I will take my time with each…

  • [Single] Piano Scream

    piano scream

Piano Scream is one of the first songs composed as solo artist, now revised as an instrumental beat. More to come pretty soon. They will be part of ReMixtery project, commemorating the 10th anniversary of Mixtery LP and the start of my solo project.

With regards to the song: I originally composed this song in 2007 on Korg keyboard.. or even on Casio?

Well, it is history now… I reworked the song now as it is 10 years old in a mid-tempo chill beat.

Grab it for free or listen below:

Also, find a link to YouTube version of the song as well. I mean if Bandcamp is not your taste, you can still find me on other channels as well.

Finally some videos with the song – starting with Mr. Toka, our hedgehog. Bath time with the little boi. Naturally, he disliked it but it was more of a fun for us.

Also train view in black and white. Are you into old steam monsters? They are such beauties. I wonder why I chose this song back then. Maybe the beat is a bit like the train is going, right? Give it a spin and let me know.
