  • [Single] Black Dog Serenade

    Enjoy the moment with space ambient chill-out song ‘Black Dog Serenade’. It is my latest beat fully inspired by a Cowboy Bebop anime episode sharing the same title.

    I consider Black Dog Serenade a very gentle beat with melancholic vibe. A truly chill beat with mild piano play and acoustic drum beats that make the song pretty easy to listen. Despite the sad vibe it can be a good song for your coffee or while walking to my point of view.

    It was originally released as part of Bebop III. Might not be a surprise if I share that all 6 songs on this EP (similarly to Bebop I. and Bebop II.) are fully inspired by the episodes of Cowboy Bebop anime. While I used no samples from the anime (due to copyright issues), still all songs were produced after watchin the episode with the title. This way I feel this EP close to a cover one, but still not a cover.

    As for the dry facts, this song is going to be featured on Bebop III. EP. Minimal space chill vibe with floating beats inspired by different episodes of the legendary Cowboy Bebop anime. On top of that it is inspired by nature, as most of my songs. I am to use this beat for travelling videos on my YouTube channel.

    Fun Facts about Speak Like a Child single

    The cover photo was taken right by my office at the Danube bank. I found some feathers while walking by the river.

    I used the same effect palette, beside the colors for every Bebop release that contains 4 EPs and further 10+ singles. (Yes, it means Bebop will have a 4th EP pretty soon!)

    Speak Like a Child is more a sad chill song to my point of view. But well, if I recall it well, the episode itself was not easy either. Cowboy Bebop features a one of a kind noir vibe that is pretty difficult to turn into music purely. But I had my rounds. I hope you enjoy the result.

    Lastly, I guess it is worth adding that I finished Bebop II. III. and IV. round the same time. While finished Bebop I. years before. Back then I had many projects to deal with but later I made up my mind and turned to this project with full might.
