  • [Single] Wait for Me

    wait for me

Wait for Me is the only single of Scars. I released this song in early 2011 – originally with vocals. Several years later, when my solo project was more accurate. I mean in terms of style and I had the faintest idea what I was trying to achieve. So long story short, I decided to redesign it for Latte Chill project – remixed and made instrumental.

This is how it is now. You can easily grab it for free by clicking on the cover. You can also listen to the beat below.

I also made some videos with the song. Mr. Toka was my first pet ever. This video was shot after bath time. Wait for Me kind of adds the vibe I wished to express with this song.

Lastly, allow me to add a few words on Scars. That EP is a special one, one of the very few I originally released with vocals. As time passed, I re-released it as an instrumental. Still you will find it pretty experimental, maybe chaotic, especially versus my songs now. Still listen to it as an art of someone, who was looking for the right way. It is part of my journey.

  • [Single] Timeless Sunshine

    Timeless Sunshine by Latte Chill

Timeless Sunshine is a chill single as part of Memories of the Untold chill album saga. This song is inspired by Japanese gardens and the oriental chill vibe of traditional East Asian culture.

Whereas back then in 2010 I did not have the chance to travel there, I wished one day to enjoy oriental chill myself and therefore created lots of chill songs in this genre.

Memories of the Untold was my fifth chill music album, where I wished to look back a bit to my favourite album, The Empire. Though I believe my music evolved. Still somehow I feel the LPs are connected.

If you like the song, download it for free here or listen below

As for the video – this was one of my very first videos I recorded for the sake of Latte Chill project. Funny thing that a decade later we spent a couple of days at the exact same place, please find both videos below.

And a decade later, the same place with the same song.

Also looking for a longer chill mix? I uploaded some Sakura Beats back then during Spring – one of them has this chill song on the setlist:

  • [Single] Pancake Song

    Pancake Song - Latte Chill

Pancake Song is a happy vibe playful chill song from Memories of the Untold album to be released pretty soon. This release as the third single before my 5th chill beats album. The song got a video as well matching the vibe of the song, check it out below:

You can download the single for free or listen here. You may also click on the cover to get to my Bandcamp page.

On the other hand. the cover was shot in Tokyo in 2019 – I also featured this song on a short road movie. As the original cover was not very good and did not match Latte Chill’s style. I decided to change it decade later once I had better photos.

Also this single has a B side song, Just… Gazing… which is more sad, close to Sad Day (from The Empire album) – give it a try, if you look for something less cheerful. Interesting note to the end that even though Just… Gazing… is “only” a b-side song, it is one of the most used beats from early Latte Chill era. If you check my YouTube page, you will find quite a few videos easily.
