About Cowboy Gospel
Cowboy Gospel is a space lo-fi EP inspired by the famous Cowboy Bebop series. After watching the anime, I composed 4 EPs in the past years.
Bebop series
I started the line with Bebop I. This EP is probably still my favourite among the bebop beats. I feature 6 songs, like on most Bebop EPs but this one is special. Give it a listen if you have a moment. As a result of finishing the first, I raised my hopes a bit too high. So I decided to pause this project.
It took me a year to get back to it. Originally, it was followed by Bebop II., but I was unhappy with the initial results. Consequently, I reworked them from scratch with a guest artist. I have to say, again I had great pleasure working on the beats. Even if they took more time to finish. It brought back my mojo for producing space lo-fi beats.
Bebop III. and Bebop IV. were released around the same time a year later. Just to see the big picture: Bebop I. is from 2017, Bebop II. from 2018, and the rest were released in early 2019.
Returning to Cowboy Gospel
Returning to my original point and this EP. It marks the beginning of a new story. Instead of releasing “Bebop V.”, I decided to work on numerous short EPs based on the episodes of Cowboy Bebop. That means I plan to release more space lo-fi beats.

About the songs
Starting with the title song ‘Cowboy Gospel’, a true space chill beat inspired by the first episode. It offers a soothing vibe with minimalist beats and simple melodies.
Followed by ‘Free Titan’, where indeed you feel chill enough to free the Moon of Jupiter. Again inspired by the first episode. As a result of re-watching the series many times now, I do have some crazy titles.
‘Watanabe Casino’. Literally, where everything starts. If you don’t recall the place, just start it again. Within moments you will realise its origin.
Finally, ‘New Tijuana’. A dangerous place in the desert.
