About Dog Star Swing
The title ‘Dog Star Swing’ is coming from an episode of Cowboy Bebop, similarly to Cowboy Gospel and Venus Pop.
While in the old days I was kind of struggling to find good themes for my music, since 2018 I focus on my fave sub-cult things during my music production. This is how topics such as Pokémon or Cowboy Bebop go into focus.
The latter has a long history of Bebop series that has evolved into even more, when Netflix decided to release a live action series with the same title.
Too bad it did not last long, to be honest I am still not happy with the decision but respecting it. Anyways, while watching the episodes over and over again, I thought, why not? What in the Earth (and Mars) could stop me to drop an LP with songs inspired by Cowboy Bebop? How about a set of EPs?
