About Travellers
Travellers is the 20th Latte Chill full album released since 2007. Marking a great number, I wished to release an album that has a special story.
Travellers’ story began somewhere in 2019, when I realised I wish to produce some lo-fi beats that are pretty basic. Basic in a way that would be perfect for walking in the city or enjoying travels. Sensu from Tanabata EP was a great example for what I wished to achieve but as a complete album.
On the other hand I was also experimenting more trap like beats with less focus on melodies. It was a bit like back to the roots and what I did on Year 2017 album. So I started experimenting this line with songs from the past 5 years.
And finally I got stuck with it. Like completely. I mean just a reminder. I started working on this project while I was finishing Orange album. Ever since (only covering the album releases), I released Stay Home, Wabi-Sabi, Ultra Moon, Ultra Sun and Sapphire albums. I acquired a PO-33 and restarted this project somewhere last year in 2021. I mean I had like 10 cover sketches by then with 3 new songs. Still somehow I could not see the big picture.
PO-33 offered a fresh start for Travellers
Given my passion toward PO-33, I decided to move the project on this instrument with the aim to produce more beats on the go. As further practices I played several old beats of mine with PO-33. Ending up having even more lo-fi sketches and the project started to become a monster.
So I decided to simplify it the following way. I released 3 lo-fi chill-out singles in December with 3 extra songs. These were not free anymore (1€ though). Each featured the original versions of the songs I composed in 2019 along with the trap beat versions of the old songs. These are Karma Rumba, Latte Art and Die with Honor (all links below).
Essentially I reworked all these beats with PO-33 instead of Ableton (how the original version were composed) so their “Travellers version” is indeed very much different from the original pieces. I further added 4 extra singles to the roadmap to promote this album. Many of them to promote extra “PO-33 KO version” of old songs along with some b-side new beats as well.

Spring Nite Beats Mix in 2020 was my first DJ on our balcony 2 years before. Now as an anniversary I am testing something completely new out there. It is my first attempt to DJ on Koala Sampler. Keep in mind that this mix is an experimental van with some lo-fi house and electro beats.

Chill Mixtery #7 featuring Travellers
Chill Mixtery #7 is out with 26 songs. More than an hour long lo-fi mix featuring albums from 2021 and 2022. This mix marks the start of PO-33 KO. A new instrument I bought in the early 2021 and used as a primary instrument in case of my recent albums.

This hefty mix features the following albums: Wabi-Sabi. An Asian oriental chill-out album and the first full album produced with PO-33. It was followed by Ultra Moon. The first recap of Moon album: nature chill-out in lo-fi. More simple. Easier to listen. And again, composed on PO-33. I was using these times (2021 summer) to master that pocket sampler. The second half was titled Ultra Sun. Similarly to Ultra Moon, the release featured tons of new songs inspired by the Pokémon game I was playing on. The forth release is titled Sapphire. Inspired by a video game as well, the most songs on the other hand were composed during my holiday in Lefkada. No DAWs or samples, only my PO-33 KO and one set of sounds. I enjoyed this way of creative work. Finally, Travellers. One of my biggest lo-fi projects in the past years.
15th anniversary mix
