About Year 2017
Year 2017 is both a original album and a compilation in the same time.
How is it possible?
In 2016 December I decided to restart Latte Chill project. I knew that the most challenging part of music production is to finish beats.
As I was aiming for easy-to-listen chill beats, which literally means a bass-piano-beats setup with chords. I realised that I can work on every song for ages. As a result I decided to limit myself.
I decided to release a single every month on the 28th. Consequently by the end of the year I will have a complete album of new songs. All of them were uploaded for free and I will include all the links below.
Regarding the songs
With each song I wished to represent the mood I had during that part of the season. Starting with Urban Cold Night during a month that is a typically cold. An easy-to-listen beat focusing on the rhythm fits my mood over losing myself in the midst of chord progression. Followed by February with Sunny Sunday. It is probably the best travel music ever. On the other hand South Chinese Sea is a real ship trip song. This is why I released it in the middle of summer. Digital Coffee became the theme song of our first hedgehog Mr. Toka. Finally Arrival is a sentimental beat-less song leaving the focus on the piano play. A song I wish you listen walking in the city during a snowy winter night.

Now this one is long. 40 minutes of chillhop beats. And a year of experience for you. Take your time and don’t forget to plug your ears. The best way to boost our focus time. I believe this album is perfect if you are looking for a background music. Let it be work or study. As it has instrumental beats only, consequently the best focus music for you. I wish I could say more to come. But to be honest: releasing something every month is quite a challenge. Not only because of the time but as your mood changes a lot day by day. Imagine it month by month. It is part of the challenge to remain consistent.
