  • [Single] Soot-o-Polis

    Soot-o-polis lofi single

Soot-o-Polis lo-fi single is out to soothe your mind. Click on the player above to give my latest beat a listen. If you like what you hear, check Ruby album, I have recently released to listen all the 15 new songs. Soot-o-Polis is part of a concept album, where the songs are sketched based on a retro video game. That game is Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, that I have recently re-played using my old Game Boy Advance.

Respecting the authors, I am not covering the original city songs, but produce new beats based on the time I have spent there. I mean literally and virtually. Soot-o-Polis on the other hand is one of my have places. Essentially I have spent time with it and put all my efforts. Furthermore this is why I chose it as no.1 single for Ruby album. Yes, that means more to come. Keep following for more.

    Fun facts about Soot-o-Polis

Well, the first one is already know, it was inspired by an old Pokémon game. Second would be the cover. It was shot in the city of Nidri by the shore. The city is on an island called Lefkada, Greece. The reason for being so lo-fi is not just because of Snapseed. I used my old Xiaomi action camera, that is usually in my pocket when I swim in the sea. And voila. I love that style.

Another fun fact about Soot-o-Polis: it has a free b-side song on the single. So worth grabbing it.

  • [Album #22] Ruby

New lo-fi album Ruby is out and loud. Inspired by retro video game, produced with PO-33 KO and Koala Sampler.

In the past months I worked hard finishing a lo-fi concept album, the second half of Sapphire. It took me some time as I decided to add a bit more to this one. I ended up finishing 15 songs using both PO-33 KO that I have been using since last May. But also implementing Koala Sampler into my production process. At the end here I go with a new mix. I hope you will enjoy it.

Click on any of the links above, a new window will pop-up in YouTube with the song. The songs are following the journey of the old Pokémon game, after Sapphire album. So continue the journey and re-live those magnificent places with my lo-fi beats. Kindly note, that I am not sampling the original soundtrack. I compose completely new songs inspired by the different places. Kind of taking them out of my old Game Boy Advance screen and painting them for you on a lo-fi canvas. Very literally. But I hope I was understandable.

  • [Single] Coffee to Go

Coffee to Go lofi single by Latte Chill

A Coffee to Go for your walk? Let me offer you one – free of charges. If you are thirsty, just click on the cover and grab my latest lo-fi song pro bono. It will take you over to my Bandcamp page. If you have the chance, throw me some cents – but of course it is not mandatory.

    About Coffee to Go

Well, this song as well as generally Café Tokyo has been inspired by my travel to Tokyo a couple of years before. Check some of the videos below – I tried to share many moments with you.

Coffee to Go and the EP is more like a TBT EP I released this year. All the songs are little sketches composed on PO-33 KO and Koala Sampler. Many of the beats were born on the go. All of them were themed the same way and furthermore I am planning to release music videos for each of them.

    So drum rolls….

My video for Coffee to Go is now out and (not so) loud. Have a look at it and enjoy the vibe of Tokyo cafés and bars. Take a walk with your coffee. Enjoy the people around you, the lively city and the soothing vibe what a coffee can offer. I hope my beats help you through during the days. I believe this beat is perfect for focusing, studying as well as walking in the city.
