  • [Single] Tokyo Nights

    tokyo Nights

Tokyo Nights is the third Tokyo trip inspired song from Tokyo19 featuring the floating vibe and night scenery what this city can offer.

Kind of a weird thing, when you write such an intro sentence that really covers up everything you want to tell about the song and in general.

That it is inspired by the night scenery of Tokyo (as the cover hints). Of course cover is not everything, scroll below for more and more videos I shot in 2019.

Also, check out Tokyo19 as linked above, the complete EP of 4 songs, all inspired by my trip to Tokyo. And talking about the trip, I learnt a lot, see my article in the first sentence.

See now what I mean? I guess those lines after are helping a bit to understand my thoughts better. Enjoy reading.

Ah, and did you like the song? Did you hit play? If no, here is your chance with both the embed play and the YouTube link below. If you liked it, feel free to grab it through the cover, linked to my Bandcamp page.

Finally, as promised, find my videos of the Tokyo Trip, especially in line with Tokyo Nights vibe below. I added a bit more than usual, but it is kind of essential: we checked both the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building during golden hour and after sunset in the dark as well as Tokyo Tower, so I recorded tons of materials. I hope you will enjoy them.

  • [Single] Sushi Passage

    Sushi Passage

The second single of Tokyo19 featuring my trip to Japan in 2019 is Sushi Passage inspired by Omoide Yokocho Shinjuku.

Sushi Passage in fact is a name we came up with, when we found this place. Actually, we did not know about it with my wife. But of course we had to walk through such a nice place like this. And make photos (such as the cover).

But enough of words right? See the videos below.

Anyways, if you are into the song, hit play button below and click on the cover to get it for free. You will be redirected to my Bandcamp page and learn more about how to get my songs free (really free!)

Still, if Bandcamp is not your taste, enjoy my Far East inspired chill vibe music below on YouTube.

And of course if you are interested in what to see, hit play button below. I made some videos with the title song featuring the actual place, where I was inspired. Join us for a walk-through in Omoide Yokocho. Have a glimpse on the restaurants opening (we were there a bit early) and enjoy the sakura (cherry blossom) vibe, the truest one from Tokyo.

  • [Single] Sakura Garden

    sakura garden

In 2019 I had the chance to travel to Tokyo for 10 days and composed an EP of this travel: Sakura Garden is the first single from Tokyo19.

Historically, I composed all the beats upon coming back from Tokyo in 2019 and then worked on the EP linked above. I believe it kind of gives back the vibe and my feelings. Honestly, it is a very-very different place. If you travel there open minded, you are to see a whole new world!

Later, I worked on tons of videos that I feature up above in my article. First, the short editions of my journeys and then during the lock down, I decided to create the uncut edition with literally all the photos and videos, I could share. Between us, this is not a small thing: we put together 56GBs of photos and video footage with my wife. And we could only record video in 1080p with my old Asus Zenfone 3, so videos are not taking up much of a space.

Anyways, Sakura Garden is featuring that one and only sakura (cherry blossom) vibe. To our great luck, we travelled to Tokyo during sakura prime. It was not planned, we bought our tickets in December and sakura was expected to arrive much later. Yet, due to some unforeseen warm front, it started earlier and we landed on the first days. Essentially, we re-planned our days immediately and spent the first days in parks to enjoy cherry blossom along with all the other lucky tourists and locals.

Got the vibe? Hit play button below and click on the cover to grab the song for free. Needless to mention I guess that the cover is also a photo taken in Tokyo, during the sakura.
