  • [Single] Amsterdam Funk

Amsterdam Funk is out and loud! Little PO33 KO produced lofi chill beats inspired by the capital of the Netherlands. Funky little melody, perfect background music. Well, at least to my point of view. Give it a spin and let me know your opinion!

Amsterdam Funk was released as the second single after Milan Melody. Two more to come in the near future. All songs of the lo-fi house EPs are generally free to download. Furthermore all are inspired by towns and cities I visited in the past. I use the opportunity to share my photos as covers. It also brings me back to the past when I was there.

I remember Amsterdam was indeed a funky place. Many people used bikes already and generally the city was pretty lively. I enjoyed my stay there. I spent only a day as our hotel was in a different town. We visited many streets and also enjoyed a lunch somewhere. I shot tons of of photos. But I still hope to return one day. Maybe to spend more time there.

If you liked the song, feel free to download it by clicking on the cover.

Milan Melody is the first song from City Lo-fi EP. A lofi house release I uploaded for every stream platform by 12th November in 2021. All songs were composed and performed on Pocket Operator 33 KO by Teenage Engineering and recorded live. I enhanced overall sound with DAW after the record but made no further edit.

    Tracklist
    00:00 Milan Melody
    02:25 Amsterdam Funk
    04:19 Prague Parade
    06:29 Bucharest Blues

You can listen to the complete EP above. But you may also find all songs on Spotify, Apple Music and other stream platforms.

The song was inspired by my journey to Italy, the photo was taken in the city I composed the song about. It may look a bit old – but due to recent lock downs I travel rarely. I use old photos from the vault to show you the vibe of the song. Even before clicking on it.

Of course feel free to visit my page for more chill mixes if you prefer that. I upload mixes, beats – even lives time to time. I often release chill albums as well such as Ultra Sun or Wabi-Sabi. City Lo-fi is more a rare thing as it is more house than chill. Though in case you love them, I will produce more beats like that. So do not hesitate to reach out and tell me your honest opinion. Any constructive feedback are more than welcome.

  • [Single] ESC:

    esc Dark Cherry cover

ESC: is a Dark Cherry cover song from Cherryland LP. An actual song we performed on stage as a band before 2010.

While Cherryland is actually far away, this is already the 5th lofi remix song featuring old Dark Cherry songs. This time a particularly rocky one. I have to say, I had some rounds to find the sweet spot. I mean, I was aiming to rework it as a mid tempo beat. A lofi hip-hop vibe song, saving the essence of the original one.

Anyways, I did my best so give it a spin below. If you like what you hear, check the cover on top. And click on it. As it will take you to my Bandcamp page where you can easily download the single for free. Any shares are more than welcome of course.

By the way the cover features the Alps. At least if I recall well. I used to travel to Austria quite a lot as a kid. We spent weeks with my parents up in the mountains enjoying the cool summer breeze and the sunshine. There are tons of little (and quite deep) lakes over there such as this one.
