    About chiptune beats as part of Latte Chill project

    Chiptune genre is pretty close to my heart. I am a major fan of Game Boy and Game Boy Advance gadgets. As a boy I spent hours playing on Pokémon, Super Mario and Mega Man games and many other. As a result well, I am a fan of basic, 8-bit beats. 2-3 lines (including drums, bass and chords), nothing more!

    If you know these games or played any as a kid. You know what I mean. If not, give me 30 minutes and let me show you. You may choose Youtube and Spotify as stream platforms.

    I chose beats for you from Soul Silver album, my first full-album-length try in the genre. But as I had tons of single b-songs as well, feel free to check B-Sides #2 with over 20 songs.

    About Sad Moments chill mix

    Sad Moments is a sad chill and lofi playlist with 30 minutes of melancholic songs for you because you deserve it. I chose songs from several Latte Chill albums and EPs that fits the genre. I started off with The Empire because of Sad Day. It was one of my first ever sad chill beats released in this project. Second, I added a song from Color Scheme. Despite its oriental vibe this song is pretty melancholic. It expresses the vibe of death and the fact that everything is uncertain. You will get what I mean once you heard it.

    Third and forth songs are both coming from Zeitgeist Guitarist EP. This guitar chill instrumental pack of songs was released in 2019 featuring guest artists. Lofi vibe played important role during the mixing. I was aiming to mix warm vibe with sad notes. The following song is an old one directly from Y LP.

    Nothingness is one of the key songs from Café Yami album expressing nihilism and floating in the darkness. It is followed by Chrono from Orange album.

    Finally I am closing the first Sad Moments mix with Po from Moon album and Sad Day II from Scars EP.

    Learning to perform live sets was a new challenge for me. Using Ableton Lite, I explored different ways to mix and match songs, ensuring each track flowed seamlessly into the next. This mix features songs from various albums, including Southern Vibes, Aurora, and Masters. Each album contributed unique elements, enhancing the overall feel of the mix.
