    January - Latte Chill

Urban Cold Night is featuring January single as part of the 12 consecutive chill releases of Year 2017.

I guess it is a spoiler already – more to come. I swore to release a single every month. Through this journey I make an attempt to explore the different segments of chill genre. Enjoy the first song.

As I call these beats sketches, I offer them free. Sharing is caring, any repost or similar are more then welcome, thank you.

A rare phenomenon of this release is that I made a photo (used as cover) in Budapest, the 13th district. And couple of days later I was able to record snowing in the same tram stop. I used that footage as part of a little video to bring you the vibe. A Monday night work vibe music if you ask me.

January is a song like that. The single features a b-side song as well with own made beats. Enjoy both, though they are pretty similar to each other.

    About Chinatown single

The single was composed along with many other songs during my break between the early years of my solo career and the start of Latte Chill you probably know nowadays.

Finally, I released a chill music EP, titled Chinese Restaurant. The concept was finished somewhere in 2010-2011 but due to my break it was released in 2017.

This was my fifth EP (I am refreshing this article in 2023, releasing my 41st one…) and really I mark it as the restart. Therefore I put quite an effort in experimenting different ways of music production. At the end it made Chinese Restaurant a bit chaotic I guess. Still I find Chinatown an important song, this is why I gave a single position to it. Let alone, it is the starting song of the EP as well.
