  • [Single] Empty Moments

    empty moments sad chill ep

Empty Moments is a sad chill single with a songs, the title song, released in 2017 around Café Yami with the same theme. As you may guess it is indeed around feeling a bit empty. That kind of floating in the nothing vibe you may encounter time to time. Not saying it is bad for a short period, but could be hurting for long.

While composing my beats I am doing my best not to be affected by the surroundings, so to be clear: it was my theme. Yet, I can easily fit myself into this vibe sometimes. Like anyone else.

You know what I am talking about? Give it a spin! Check the song through the cover above. Click on it and grab the song from my Bandcamp page. Also enjoy the beat below via embed player. Don’t forget, like most Latte Chill singles, Empty Moments is free to download.

In case you are into YouTube more, enjoy the beats without video (less internet bandwidth is needed) below.

FInally, my little drone video is also available in black and white. Bit artsy and pretty minimal. I only played with it outside in the nature a bit and added my beats.

  • [Single] August

    august single of year 2017

August is the 8th single featuring Desert Funk. As usually, all songs are part of Year 2017, a monthly challenge of chill beats.

By this time I have to say I felt a bit tired working on beats every month. I enjoyed the journey, but was also working on projects like Café Yami and new EPs I am yet to talk about.

Long story short, I was determined but also tired a bit. So, I decided to boost my motivation with more music videos. That is an area I am lacking of. I mean the knowledge as well, so let’s give it a try.

Anyways, don’t forget: the song is fully free. Grab it through my Bandcamp page by clicking on the cover on top. Also, scroll back to my old songs as well and check out the previous singles either.

Feel free to hit play button below and enjoy the beat while reading about this song or other Latte Chill beats.

Finally, see Desert Funk of August in action. As we are talking about August, this song is a fitting one for a summer vlog video. As I was missing desert trips in the past years, I thought I offer you an underwater desert vibe.

  • [Single] A cigarette

    A cigarette Latte Chill

A cigarette: an oldie but goodie on 25th August, 2017. A very short song (under 2 minutes), I composed because I fell in love with the beat. That’s it, no more. I also kept the melodies on minimum level to offer more space to that vibe the beat offers. It is more like an easy going sketch than a full-fledged song I guess.

You can find this song on my album: Café Yami, along with many others. I released this album after several (6…) years of break, so I let myself being a bit experimental here.

But also, feel free to download it. Literally free as I am not asking for any money. Enjoy the beat below or click on the cover to get the song.

Adding some video as well, a wonderful dinner in Tokyo. A place everyone must visit, so I did in 2019. I also put together a little article for this journey, if you are interested in reading about it, check it here.

Fun fact to the end: I’m not smoking. I guess, I have only been imagining what a cigarette would be like. Kind of that would be my expectation. Did I guess it right?
