Why Ultra Sun?
In short, because of Ultra Moon.
When I decided to rework Moon album I found myself challenged quite a bit. As I played on both Pokémon Moon and Pokémon Ultra Moon games, I wished to compose album for both. However it was not that easy. I had to renew the songs without hurting their essence. As a result I worked out a plan how to work on this album. I decided stick to my Alola moments by using the same melodies.
However I played them on a different instrument to spice things a bit. I bought a PO-33 KO and started learning how to use it.
Clearly this was not enough to satisfy my needs alone. I split the original Moon into 2 albums and added new songs based on the journey of the game. Places, areas that affected me in a way or another.
Genre: lofi, nature chill out
As mentioned in case of Ultra Moon a bit more in-depth: Moon album was originally part of my nature chill-saga (Earth album or Leaf Green), but as Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon were produced on a more lofi device, I rather consider these releases as a mix of lofi and nature chill.

Quite a lot from an 11-songs-long-album right? Especially as this album is not the happiest album from the roaster. Time-to-time I produce more gray, moody releases, like Orange or Café Yami. I need to let it out. I guess upcoming albums will be going steadily to the bright side. It is more regular and expected if you compose lofi beats. But again, as a result of having 2-3 fun albums, you will definitely produce a moody one eventually.

24 minutes of nature inspired beats after Ultra Moon’s 35 mins. The 2 release together hits an hour of study music. I might put them together on a playlist for you in the future.
The photo used in this video was taken in Nidri, Greece by the shore right after sunset. We could see the old continent from the island in this clear weather. The orange coloured sky really gave me the vibe to chill. After the walk I worked on new music in the hotel. Producing beats is fun!
Winter mix with lo-fi beats from Ultra Sun
Winter Mix for 2022 is a chill-out and lo-fi beats compilation including many Latte Chill songs from last year. I intended to make it a bit sad, more sad chill than usual. After all it is pretty much the middle of winter.
You are to listen to an hour long background music (maybe some vocal chops, but rarely) with true warmth of lo-fi, vinyl aura and quality chill beats. No ads in-between, hopefully a perfect set matching your mood.

Chill Mixtery #7 is out with 26 songs. More than an hour long lo-fi mix featuring albums from 2021 and 2022. This mix marks the start of PO-33 KO. A new instrument I bought in the early 2021 and used as a primary instrument in case of my recent albums.

This hefty mix features the following albums: Wabi-Sabi. An Asian oriental chill-out album and the first full album produced with PO-33. It was followed by Ultra Moon. The first recap of Moon album: nature chill-out in lo-fi. More simple. Easier to listen. And again, composed on PO-33. I was using these times (2021 summer) to master that pocket sampler. The second half was titled Ultra Sun. Similarly to Ultra Moon, the release featured tons of new songs inspired by the Pokémon game I was playing on. The forth release is titled Sapphire. Inspired by a video game as well, the most songs on the other hand were composed during my holiday in Lefkada. No DAWs or samples, only my PO-33 KO and one set of sounds. I enjoyed this way of creative work. Finally, Travellers. One of my biggest lo-fi projects in the past years.
